Microsoft Full Stack Engineer – Professional

Programmer/Developer

This role is for an experienced Programmer/Developer, with good knowledge on programming languages viz, C#.Net, Angular or scripting languages and the associated MS services. The individual should have good knowledge in Microsoft technologies. The role is part of a global Modern Workplace team in a large, complex and multinational environment.

Essential Functions of the Job:

•Knowledge and experience in IT Software Development Life Cycle

•Experience in Azure (Graph, SQL, functions logic apps), O365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, PowerShell, PowerApps).

•Good understanding and development skills using the following: JavaScript ES6, JQuery, SQL, TypeScript, Frameworks like Angular 2+, .NET C#, PnP, HTML5, CSS3, SharePoint Framework (SPFX).

•Must have experience working in Azure Devops, to include (not limited to), creation/management of pipelines, repos and storyboards.

•Data storage technologies such as Azure SQL.

•Experience with responsive web application design and development.

•Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD Tools.

•Solid reporting skills via various tools and applications.

•Quick Learner and proven ability to apply new technologies and frameworks

•Working knowledge across all infrastructure components.

•Strong architectural and design skills and the ability to formulate a solution from client requirements.

•Have hands-on experience with Webservices APIs and data models.

•Must possess the coordination and interpersonal skills required to work across multiple service teams to communicate effectively to both internally and externally facing organizations.

•Demonstrated ability to communicate urgency and impact and to drive resolver teams to restore service as quickly as possible.

•Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical people.

•Diagnosing end user’s problems, the ability to prescribe the right solution and then ultimately determine the right combination of methods using the skills mentioned above to deliver the right features.

•Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach.

•Responsibly own project tasks and take it through completion.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

•Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution.

•Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously.

•Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.

•Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.

•Candidate must be flexible to the demands of the services we provide and any project to which they are assigned.

•The role may require out of office hours work.

Job Requirements Education:

•A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required

•Hold Microsoft Certified Azure Developer certification, or any other certification above Azure Fundamentals.

Experience: (What is minimum number of years needed/suggested to perform this job?)

•8-years or more working in IT organization in a developmental role.
